Central A/C Systems

Outside your home, a condenser or condensers deliver cool refrigerant to an evaporator inside your basement or utility room, out of view. The evaporator exchanges the warm air in your home with cooled air: blown through ducts that are hidden from view.

Ductless Split A/C Systems
For some home situations, ductless split systems may make the most sense. Just outside the room to be cooled, a small condenser is installed by a Robies technician. Inside the room, a small evaporator is installed on the wall. The evaporator captures the warm air in the room, cools it and sends cool air back into your living space.
